One satisfied customer

PY says the library is a good place to be in:
On the side note, I must thank the National Library Board for making our libraries such a conducive place for learning. Thank you.

I didn't played a direct part in making her recent experience a pleasant one. Nonetheless, it always feels good when you know there's one more satisfied customer.

  1. By the way, there was something I noticed about the library when I was back in Singapore last year. The library was suppose to be a quiet place for people to read/study but when I was at the esplanade library, the annoucement was going off every 15 mins telling the patrons to keep their voice low. It started to get so annoying because they did that way too often and I actually think that the annoucement bothers me more than other people being noisy. The library was actually very quiet at the time when they put that annoucement so it was quiet stupid that they even did it every 15 mins. perhaps the libraries should think about that. :)
